Sperling Hansen Associates has assembled a team with wide ranging expertise in solid waste management. These disciplines include: landfill design; site selection; operation and closure plans; transfer station design and operation plans; annual report preparation; leachate collection systems; wastewater treatment and pump stations; landfill fire extinguishments and risk management and training; landfill gas control and utilization; environmental assessment and monitoring studies; environmental geochemistry; geotechnical engineering and engineering design.
