Sperling Hansen Associates was retained to develop Design & Operations and Closure Plans for 6 subregional sites and Closure Plans for 5 small local landfills.

 Our program involved:

• Legal and topographic surveys by BCLS.

• Test pits to prove cover material resources.

• Monitoring well installations.

• Reclamation plan preparation for Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) approvals.

• Final contour designs and volume, lifespan and costs projections.
