Sperling Hansen Associates developed a 50 year landfill design with a total capacity of 1.877
 million m³.

 Design includes:

• Extraction of gravel to create extra air space.

• HDPE membrane to line expansion area.

• End use plan to integrate landfill with golf course development.

• Landfill Operations at $45 per tonne will generate revenue to pay for environmental controls and closure.
