Sperling Hansen Associates provided design drawings, tender specifications and construction
 inspection services for a new lined landfill cell between existing municipal and DLC landfills.

 Design includes:

• a HDPE membrane lining system,

• a 250 mm perforated pipe leachate collection system,

• a 750 mm stream diversion culvert,

• a unique micro-tunnel to provide gravity flow of leachate through a bedrock ridge to a leachate force main.
