            Port Clements Regional Landfill Transition Development Plan

 History:

 SQCRD took over the existing Port Clements landfill from Village of Port Clements in 1995.
 SQCRD retained Sperling Hansen Associates to develop a transition plan to smoothly adapt
 existing operations to the new landfill development plan previously designed by Dr. Sperling.>br>

  • Developed drawings for contract specifications in two weeks to meet client's tight tender schedule.

  • Conducted most layout work right in the field with the client.
