Sperling Hansen Associates was retained by Regional District of Buckley Nechako to develop D&O
 plans for 10 municipal sites and closure plans for 11 small local landfills.

 The program involved.

• Total station topographic surveys by SHA survey crew.

• GPS surveys to establish UTM coordinates for MoELP site registry.

• Test pitting to prove cover material resources.

• Installation of monitoring wells.

• Final contour designs

• Projections of air space and cover material volumes, lifespans and costs.
