  • Landfill fire was suspected in North Ravine.

  • Bar punch survey showed elevated levels of CO (subsurface fire).

  • Additional wells were installed to monitor subsurface temperatures.

  • Fire was suppressed by installing a clay cover system with a shot-crete edge.
